This course is perfect for you if you want to gain knowledge about hair styling. We teach you all the tactics and strategies for flawless blow-drying, haircuts or hair colouring. The course begins by discussing hair prepping, straight blow-drying and straightening techniques, suitable hair textures, the tools required and body positions. After that, we describe how to tong hair with a curling iron and how to blow-dry curly hair.

Next, we investigate how to maintain a healthy scalp and hair, hair structure including the medulla, cortex and cuticle, the phases of the hair growth cycle(anagen, catagen, telogen), and the makeup of the hair bulb. Following that, you'll learn a one-length haircut technique step by step, starting with shampooing and ending with a straight blow dry. The square layer technique, an excellent style for clients who want to leave weight in the bottom of their hair, is then discussed.

Finally, the course delves into the colour theory and explores the colour wheel, with its primary, secondary, and tertiary colours, recommendations for hair colouring and other subjects. Afterwards, we investigate foil preparation and weaving, a permanent and semi-permanent hair colouring method. Lastly, you'll learn about T-section, a procedure employed for clients who prefer an introduction to highlights or lowlights.
