These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website us.cursos.io (the "Site"), operated by CURSOS ADTECH, LLC ("we", "us", or "Cursos").

1. About the service

Cursos is an aggregator that displays information about online courses, in-person courses, and employment opportunities offered by third parties. We aggregate publicly available data and present it in an organized way to make it easier to search and compare options.

We are not an educational institution or an employer. We do not sell courses or hire candidates directly. When you click "View course", "Enroll", "Apply", or similar, you will be redirected to the provider’s website, where that provider’s terms apply.

2. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Site. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to do so.

3. Third-party content

Information about courses, institutions, jobs, and employers shown on the Site is supplied by third parties or drawn from public sources. We make reasonable efforts to keep data current, but we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of any listing. Details such as price, duration, requirements, and availability may change at any time on the provider’s own site.
