Here is a snapshot of the duties you can expect: BASIC FUNCTION : Effectively and efficiently assists Department Manager with overall management and coordination of department functions, processes and personnel to best ensure high quality products, efficiency and customer service as well as perform Bakery Associate functions as warranted. EQUIPMENT/TOOLS OPERATED : Proficient skill in operation of standard department equipment, which includes mixers, grinders, scales, fryers, knives and sanitizing equipment. WORK ENVIRONMENT : Enjoy working within a team, customer and employee focused environment. Able to be flexible/versatile, multi-task and be self-directed.
