Position Summary Carpenters/Form Setters perform various carpentry tasks involving physical labor on highway, road, and bridge construction projects. They are responsible for building and setting forms for retaining walls, pipes, and bridges while ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality in every task. Carpenters/Form Setters work as part of a team on heavy civil construction projects, using their own tools and demonstrating a strong commitment to safety and craftsmanship in all aspects of the job. What You’ll Do Construct, brace, and secure forms for concrete structures such as retaining walls, pipes, and bridges. Build, align, and secure structure forms for concrete placement.
