Tasks This role involves operating CNC lathes and milling machines to produce high-quality components while adhering to strict specifications and tolerances. The CNC Machinist will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our production processes. Responsibilities We are growing and we’re looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our 1st shift team (Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.3:30 p.m.) in our custom job shop. From prototype development to final assembly, our machinists are a key part of turning ambitious ideas into reality. Set-up, program (Fusion 360), and operate CNC equipment, including Hurco 5-axis, Hurco 3 & 4-axis, Hurco TMM10, G&L, Haas, and more Occasionally work with manual mills and lathes Bullard VTL experience is a plus Machine high-precision parts to tight tolerances following blueprints, travelers, and GD&T requirements Inspect parts for quality and accuracy, adjusting as needed Troubleshoot machining challenges and contribute to continuous improvement efforts Collaborate with engineering, welding, and assembly teams, especially during prototype builds Train and support less experienced machinists as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or degree preferred 5+ years of CNC machining experience in a job shop environment Strong CAM programming experience (5+ years, Fusion 360 preferred) Manual m
