Direct Counsel is representing a reputable law firm seeking a Mid-Level Corporate & Securities Associate to join its Phoenix office. About the Role This opportunity is ideal for a corporate associate with 2–6 years of experience handling sophisticated corporate and securities matters. The role offers exposure to a broad range of transactions and advisory work, including mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, financings, and corporate governance matters. Responsibilities Advise clients on: Mergers and acquisitions Corporate governance matters Public and private financing transactions General corporate and business matters Assist with securities law compliance, including SEC reporting requirements Draft, review, and negotiate transactional and corporate documents Support clients through all stages of corporate transactions and regulatory matters Work closely with attorneys and clients on complex business transactions Qualifications 2–6 years of corporate and securities experience Strong background in: M&A transactions Securities law and SEC reporting Public and private financings Corporate governance Experience at a large law firm preferred Excellent academic credentials required Highly motivated with strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills Must be admitted or eligible for admission to the Arizona Bar Compensation & Benefits The firm offers competitive compensation and a
