Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Daily responsibilities include: washing dishes through automatic dish machine, restocking dishes, trash removal, kitchen and service floor maintenance and other responsibilities as directed Maintaining dining room and kitchen sanitation Adhere to health, kitchen safety and sanitation standards Qualifications and Skills Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age Previous Dishwashing or restaurant experience preferred Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays Physical Demands Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, etc., up to 50 pounds in weight Ability to place plates, utensils, pans and cases on high and low shelves Mobility required during the entire shift Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
