The Role We’re searching for a Multimedia Editor-in-Chief to lead and scale BeInCrypto’s global video presence across YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging media platforms. We’re looking for a credible editorial voice with a strong background in crypto, finance, or business media — someone who understands the industry deeply, has meaningful connections within the ecosystem, and can turn complex market narratives into engaging, high-performing video content. Success in this role requires both editorial authority and industry credibility — you should already understand the key players, narratives, and dynamics shaping crypto and financial markets. Tasks Lead BeInCrypto’s end-to-end multimedia editorial strategy across long-form and short-form content. Host interviews, analysis videos, and industry conversations with confidence and strong editorial presence. Own the video editorial calendar and align it with market trends, product priorities, and audience demand. Develop story angles, scripts, hooks, and video concepts optimized for retention and audience growth. Work hands-on with editors, designers, and social media teams to deliver high-performing content.
