Job Description

The Painter is responsible for maintaining the appearance and condition of condominium common areas and residential units through high-quality painting and surface preparation. This role supports property maintenance efforts to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained community. Key Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming Paint interior and exterior surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, railings, and common areas Perform touch-ups and routine maintenance painting as needed Match paint colors and finishes according to HOA standards
