The core responsibilities of this role include: Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently to move, locate, load, and unload materials. Transport products to designated storage areas, staging lanes, or shipping/receiving docks. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers while ensuring proper weight distribution and load stability. Accurately pick, stage, and move inventory according to work orders, pick lists, or system instructions. Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately. Maintain accurate inventory by properly scanning, labeling, and documenting material movements. Follow all safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including palletizing, wrapping, and manual material handling. Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to meet operational goals Position: 1st Shift Forklift Operator Shift: 7:00AM – 4:00PM, Monday-Friday Pay: $19.75 per hour In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: A minimum of 6 months operating Reach Truck or warehousing experience.
