Pay Rate With Tips: $23.10 – $25.10/hr Grill Cooks are invited to join the Burger Lounge team! Tips average $4-6 on top of the hourly rate. Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt Reports To: Kitchen Manager, General Manager Job Summary: The Grill Cook’s primary area of focus is ensuring all food items are prepared to company standards and completed in a timely manner. Grill Cooks are “multi-tasking experts” who remain calm under pressure. They oversee all food preparation and ensure all modifications are executed well. Ensure kitchens are always clean and safe. The work schedule fluctuates based on business need requiring employees to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
