The core responsibilities of this role include: Leading and directing team members in daily warehouse operations, including assigning work, monitoring productivity, and ensuring performance standards are met. The Lead will train, coach, and support associates while managing clerical tasks related to operations and reporting. This position requires a hands-on approach, including performing material handling and operating forklifts as needed to support business demands. Position: Group Coordinator Lead Shift: 10PM – 6AM, Monday-Friday Pay: $20.75 per hour plus $1.00 shift premium. Additional Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible to qualify for monthly performance and safety incentive rewards!
