Duties Lead and coordinate all aspects of HVAC system installations from project inception through completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols. Manage site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and supervision of field technicians and subcontractors. Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications. Oversee project scheduling and coordination efforts to align with customer’s schedules. Ensure compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the installation process. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues promptly, and maintain high standards of workmanship. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, clients, and vendors to facilitate seamless communication and efficient project execution. Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and progress updates to support project transparency. Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership and management with a focus on Residential HVAC installation or related fields. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schem
