We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized HVAC Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our HVAC Customer Service Department and functioning of the office. This vital role combines office management, team supervision, and support our technicians and clients effectively. Supervise administrative staff, providing training, development opportunities, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and morale. Answer phones and backup the team when needed. Listen and classify call recordings to ensure accuracy of information provided to customers and maximize booking rates from customer service. Manage key performance indicators for department to maximize call booking rates and revenue generation. Create and assign outbound call reports. Manage re-stocking of office supplies. Communicate with other departments as needed to ensure maximum productivity. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in office management, leadership or administrative roles within an office environment or related field, Required. Supervising experience with strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledgeable in Service Titan software, preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple calendars, schedules, and priorities
