Laser/Imaging Operator 3rd Shift(12:00am -8:00am)

Job Description

An Imaging Operator for JSM’s Print Operations Group will be controlling and utilizing a commercial laser printer with a high level of proficiency to obtain quality and quantity goals according to customer’s guidelines and standard operating procedures.     Essential Functions: Examine job jacket to determine quantities to be printed, stock specifications, colors, or special printing instructions. Clean ink and keep machine clean and operational.   Collect and inspect random samples during print runs to identify any necessary adjustments after each roll. Download or select programs or files to be printed, using printing production software. Feed paper through press cylinders and adjust feed and tension controls.
