POSITION SUMMARY: As the Lead Housekeeping Associate is responsible for cleaning assigned areas as requested and assigned. Requirements ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS : • Supports the mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision. • Cleans and maintains assigned areas including public areas and resident rooms. • Cleans restrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, and fixtures in apartments and common areas. • Vacuums carpeted areas and mops tile floors. • Spot cleans walls and windows. • Dust’s furniture and empties trashcans. • Cleans baseboards, pictures, lights, and HVAC vents. • Assists with activity room set-ups, which could requirement movement of furniture. • Performs duties requested by management to ensure efficient and effective operation of the Community. • Attends training courses at community and maintains up to date monthly, quarterly, annual training through designated Learning Management System (LMS). • Other duties as assigned, and which relate to the success of the community and the care, comfort, and happiness of our residents. EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: • Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required. • General knowledge of housekeeping. • Ability to use all required equipment. • Must have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and time management. • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and vendors. • Must work well within a team as well as in
