In this role, you’ll be the face of our communities, creating a welcoming experience for prospective residents while helping drive occupancy and resident satisfaction. As the Pipeline Leasing Professional, You Will: Manage all aspects of the apartment rental process, from attracting and qualifying prospective residents to completing lease documentation and move-in procedures Build rapport with prospective and current residents through professional, responsive communication Support multiple communities while delivering a consistent, high-quality resident experience Partner with community teams to achieve occupancy goals and maintain strong resident relationships Balance a sales-focused approach with a commitment to service, integrity, and attention to detail Compensation & Incentives: Base Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour 20% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly) Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral) Medical, Dental, Vision,
