The Manufacturing Associate will support production activities by operating equipment, assembling components, and following standardized work instructions to meet daily output and quality targets. Responsibilities include working in clean room or controlled environments as required, handling materials safely, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. The role involves performing in-process inspections, documenting production data accurately, and escalating issues that may impact quality, safety, or delivery. The Manufacturing Associate will collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and team members to troubleshoot problems, implement process improvements, and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safran’s safety and compliance standards. Qualifications Experience in manufacturing operations, including working on production lines, assembling components, or operating manufacturing equipment.
