We are seeking a highly organized and proactive New Business Coordinator to play a key role in strengthening and scaling our US growth function. You will contribute directly to building a healthier, more predictable pipeline by: Improving proposal turnaround times Strengthening enterprise-level opportunity support Expanding our presence across multiple sectors Increasing coordination between US and UK teams Building a scalable foundation for future growth This role sits at the heart of our commercial engine — combining research, coordination, strategic thinking, and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities 25% – Proposals, Pitches & Pursuit Support Drafting, formatting, and assembling pursuit materials Coordinating inputs from Creative, Production, PM, and Leadership Managing deadlines to ensure polished, on-time submissions Organizing case studies, visuals, and credentials for reuse Supporting proposal development in InDesign (advantageous but not essential) 10% – CRM & Pipeline Management Maintaining accurate, real-time updates in HubSpot Updating deal stages, contacts, and tasks Ensuring pipeline hygiene and clean data Pulling weekly summaries and dashboards 35% – Coordination, Admin & Project Startup Scheduling meetings and managi
