Tasks Coordinate the scheduling and logistics for equipment delivery, setup, and pickup to ensure timely and efficient service for clients. Monitor inventory levels of rental equipment and collaborate with the team to maintain optimal stock levels and availability. Assist in the preparation and processing of rental contracts, invoices, and other relevant documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping and billing. Provide administrative support by answering phone calls, responding to email inquiries, and maintaining organized files and records related to operations. Collaborate with the operations team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business administration or related field preferred.
