Operations Supervisor shift hours are approximately Monday-Thursday 3pm-2:30am. Operations Supervisor – Distribution The Operations Supervisor role has a national salary range of $62,500 – $70,000. For roles in California the range is $70,304 – $82,000 and for roles in Washington the range is $80,169 – $82,000.
