About the Role The Project Coordinator serves as a key leader for field operations teams, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role acts as the bridge between clients, field crews, and operations leadership while supporting training, quality control, inventory management, and day-to-day project execution. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, operational awareness, and the ability to problem-solve in real time while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.
