Position Overview We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Las Vegas office in our multifamily division. This role plays a key role to ensure the smooth planning, organization, and execution of plumbing projects from start to finish. You’ll assist with scheduling, budgeting, documentation, plan review and communication across departments to keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule. Tasks Project Coordination & Support Assist with planning and coordinating multifamily plumbing projects. Track budgets for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Review contracts, change orders, and billing packages. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation and progress tracking reports. Prepare and update project submittals, RFIs, and closeout documentation. Communication & Collaboration Serve as a liaison between field teams, purchasing, and general contractors. Coordinate meetings and updates to keep all stakeholders informed. Assist with issue resolution and help ensure work meets schedule and quality standards. Material & Quality Management Maintain material tracking logs and monitor deliveries. Identify shortages, damaged materials, or scheduling conflicts early and communicate them to the team.
