Role Overview We are seeking a highly focused and detail-oriented Sales Estimating Specialist to support our Inside Sales team. This person will play a critical role in quoting jobs accurately and efficiently, ensuring no detail is overlooked in a fast-paced environment where customer needs and specs can change quickly. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, thrives under pressure, and understands the importance of accuracy and responsiveness in a sales support role. Prior experience in screen printing, embroidery, or promotional products is a major plus. Key Responsibilities Work closely with inside sales reps to generate timely, accurate quotes for screen-printing, embroidery, and promotional product jobs. Follow up on sent quotes to help drive closure and ensure timely responses to clients. Review customer specifications, art files, and purchase orders to ensure all necessary details are captured in each estimate. Update quotes as needed based on client changes, ensuring version control and accuracy. Maintain and organize quote logs, keeping track of job status and communication timelines. Liaise with production, purchasing, and art departments to validate feasibility, timelines, and pricing where needed.
