Dispatcher (Evening Shift) – Logistics & Customer Service Location:  Phoenix, AZ (onsite) Pay: $28–$32 per hour Schedule Options: Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our operations team. In this role, you will coordinate and manage job orders for independent driver contractors while ensuring exceptional customer service and on-time delivery performance. This is a fast-paced position ideal for someone who thrives in a logistics environment, communicates effectively, and can prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. What You’ll Do Provide excellent customer service via phone and email to internal and external customers Dispatch and assign job orders to independent driver contractors Prepare and schedule next-day deliveries and routes based on priorities and driver availability Communicate with drivers regarding: Special delivery instructions Pickup and delivery routing Questions related to deliveries and proof of delivery Apply ancillary charges such as waiting time and van fees to job orders Post routes and recurring orders in the CXT system accurately and timely Manage driver activations and deactivations in the system Complete daily scheduled coverage reports for management review Reassign routes and resolve scheduling conflicts as needed Report driver and customer issues to Driver Support and Operations Management Gather and enter order information accu
