In this full-time role, you’ll help ensure the physical aspects of our 359-unit apartment community meet company standards, resident expectations, and applicable compliance requirements. As the Service Technician, You Will: Troubleshoot and complete service requests including, but not limited to, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs Perform preventative maintenance and support day-to-day property upkeep Complete make-readies and assist in maintaining curb appeal and community appearance Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance service requests and resident concerns Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, office staff, and maintenance leadership regarding repairs and updates. HVAC/EPA/CFC certifications are preferred but not required. Compensation & Incentives Base Pay: $19.50 – $22.50 per hour Up to 50% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions Morgan Essentials: $300 Quarterly
