Key Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Execution Crave to own property accounting workflows with speed, accuracy, and transparency: AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements. Commit to strengthen policies and procedures through documentation and standardization to ensure consistency, compliance, efficiency, and scalability as the organization thrives through growth. Create continuity with accurate payrolls in partnership with our PEO. Commit to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financials upholding excellence to accuracy, timeliness, and excellence. Champion property-level and corporate accounting, including NOI tracking, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports. Cooperate with tax filings, audits, and compliance with precision.
