Duties and Responsibilities  Communicate with Project Managers and General Contractors to understand project scope and objectives. Develop and execute intelligent construction plans aimed at profitable and timely project completion. Calculate and allocate manpower and resources necessary to maintain project schedules effectively. Provide daily leadership and direction to Foreman and construction crews, emphasizing safety compliance and efficiency. Manage on-site operations to meet strict deadlines and client demands; this may include coordination outside of standard working hours. Foster a culture of teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement among team members. Implement equipment management plans for managing multiple pieces of heavy machinery and toolsets. Maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients, vendors, and internal teams to uphold the company's reputation.
