About the Role We are looking for a Support Associate to help provide a high-quality support experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in customer service, Linux, hosting, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will assist customers with questions, help resolve common issues, and work with internal tools used across our platform. Tasks Respond to customer questions and support requests in a timely and professional manner Provide friendly, helpful, and accurate support to customers Troubleshoot basic service-related issues and escalate more advanced cases when needed Assist customers with Minecraft server errors and common hosting-related problems via tickets Help identify and debug basic issues with Discord bots Use internal tools such as Pterodactyl, WHMCS, and Crisp to manage support requests Maintain clear communication and a customer-first mindset in every interaction Work assigned shifts within our support hours, including possible weekends, holidays, or special events What We’re Looking For?
