Counselor – Substance Use Recovery Department: Adult CPRC – Lamplighter Square Employment Type: Full Time Location: St. Louis – Lamplighter Square Compensation: $26.78 – $39.29 / hour Description Support individuals on their recovery journey through compassionate counseling, meaningful connection, and evidence-based care. The Substance Use Recovery Counselor provides individual and group counseling services to individuals navigating substance use recovery. This role focuses on helping people build strengths, improve daily functioning, and work toward personal goals through assessment, treatment planning, counseling, crisis support, and care coordination. As part of a collaborative care team, the counselor plays an important role in promoting wellness, resilience, and long-term recovery outcomes.
