Job Description If you like to have a few balls in the air and get satisfaction for keeping them there, then this job is going to be your thing. You’ll be building relationships with clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and consulting with them on the best practices of the products and tools we provide on our software as a service platform; including but not limited to website and email hosting. You’ve got to be fast on your feet, always two steps ahead of our clients, without breaking a sweat and with a smile on your face. They can hear those smiles through the phone. Qualifications Troubleshooting and creative problem solving is how you roll. You can juggle more than the average juggler, figuratively. Quality is job one, and two and three. Organizer extraordinaire—in fact, it slightly bothers you that this list of bullet points isn’t in alphabetical order. You are so curious, it’s a good thing you’re not a cat. Solving puzzles is your jam. Salesforce, CMS and chat support experience is a plus. You know enough about HTML cheats to be dangerous. You know your way around Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Firefox. You know how to strike a fun/work balance. BS/BA preferred. Tasks and Responsibilities
