Job Summary: The Customer Service Specialist will interact with the company’s customers and internal team by addressing inquiries and resolving issues, generally providing a higher level of customer support for all products and processes. Duties & Responsibilities: Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or video call to provide support and information on products and processes. Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer issues and concerns quickly. Maintains customer accounts, including recording customer interactions with details of inquiries, concerns, or comments. Uses knowledge of a specific product, process, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills & Abilities: Excellent communication skills including active listening. Skilled at time management and multi-tasking. Service-oriented and able to research and resolve customer problems. Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
