E‑Member Account Advisor Starting Pay: $21.66/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Location: Hybrid eligible after 90 days Certified Spanish or Somali proficiency may qualify for additional pay. What You’ll Do Welcome new members through digital channels, helping them open accounts with ease and confidence Support existing members with account management, services, and questions through online, chat, phone, and email interactions Guide members through digital banking tools, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience Identify opportunities to offer loans and financial solutions that align with each member’s goals Assist with loan applications, closings, and funding for products like credit cards and lines of credit Resolve complex account inquirie
