Position: Grill Cook We’re looking for a dependable and skilled Grill Cook to join our kitchen team at Zingaro This role is for someone who loves creating great food and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’ll be the one ensuring every grilled dish that leaves the kitchen is perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and set up your grill station each day with all necessary tools, ingredients, and equipment. Grill meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables to order — always cooked perfectly and plated beautifully. Season, marinate, and finish dishes according to Zingaro’s recipes and standards.
