This is not just a "get it done" electrical role. We are looking for someone who takes pride in clean work, understands the importance of code compliance, and can help hold our installation teams accountable to a high standard. The right person will play a key role in making sure our projects are completed safely, professionally, and with the goal of passing inspections the first time. NABCEP certification is not required, but it is highly valued and would be a major plus for this role. About the Role The Journeyman Electrician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and supporting residential and light commercial solar PV and battery storage systems. This person will also help ensure that our electrical work meets company standards, NEC requirements, utility requirements, manufacturer specifications, and local inspection standards. We are looking for someone who can lead by example in the field, produce clean and professional installs, and help create a culture of quality across our solar and battery projects. Responsibilities Install, wire, troubleshoot, and service solar PV systems and battery storage systems Perform electrical work in compliance with NEC, local AHJ requirements, utility standards, and company installation standards Ensure installations are clean, organized, safe, and inspection-ready Support first-time inspection pass rates by catching issues before inspections Review system designs, equipment layouts, and electrical plans before and during installation Work with solar crews to ensure pro
