Member Support Specialist Starting Pay: $19.37/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Base Location: Commerce Drive Branch Certified Spanish or Somali proficiency may qualify for additional pay. You’re often the first point of connection—greeting members, guiding them through their visit, and making sure they feel seen, supported, and confident from the moment they walk in. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, values meaningful interactions, and takes pride in creating smooth, positive experiences. What You’ll Do Welcome members warmly and create a positive, personalized experience from the moment they arrive Support members with everyday transactions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and ease Guide members in using self-service kiosks, building their confidence and independence Listen closely to understand each member’s needs and connect them with the right products, services, or team members Assist with opening and maintaining basic accounts while clearly explaining features and benefits Address questions and resolve concerns with care, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills Share feedback and insigh
