Kenworth Sales Co. is looking for a Parts Counter Representative to join our Pasco. WA team. ** Due to federally mandated DOT regulations, Kenworth Sales Company is a drug-free workplace. JOB SUMMARY: The primary function of the Parts Counter Representative is to handle internal and external customer requests for parts purchases. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist customers with inquires and parts sales, in person, by phone, in person and electronically. Research customer request and needs where necessary and determine correct part(s) needed. If part(s) are in stock, produce invoices from computer system; if not in stock and customer wants to order, create purchase order and process orders. Review parts requests from the service department and provide quotes for parts requested. Transfer and post all approved parts requested for work orders. Monitor all invoices, will-call pick tickets, and quotes generated to ensure compliance with department guidelines. Resolve disputed invoices and credits.
