New Pay Rate: $18.65/hour! Currently Certified PCAs Preferred $500 Sign On Bonus for Currently Certified PCA’s and HHA’s $250 Sign On Bonus for Non-Certified New Hires Liberty Resources is a non-profit Human Service agency that provides assistance to individuals and families in need of achieving an improved quality of life by providing residential and non-residential services tailored to meet their particular needs.
