PURPOSE OF POSITION: A Psychologist at Catholic Charities: SUMMARY Provides professional counseling, clinical assessment/problem identification, treatment planning and case management to adults, adolescents and children, couples and families according to program standards and procedures and consistent with Catholic teachings. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Obtains information about clients through use of interview, case history, psychological tests and observational techniques. Evaluates data to identify causes of problem of clients and to determine advisability of counseling or referral to other specialists or institutions.
