About the role As a team member on the ATM Deployment and Installation Team (DIT), you will help enhance employee and vendor experience by managing ATM projects related to new installations, replacements, and temporary moves that support real estate initiatives. DIT is part of the ATM Monitoring Group (AMG), which supports 15,000 ATMs by monitoring active technician dispatches and overall device health across the fleet. In this role, you will execute on ATM deployment projects and serve as a liaison between support groups to help drive timely resolution. AMG partners with Technology, Real Estate, third-party suppliers, and ATM hardware and cash supplier management to maintain the Chase ATM fleet. As a Phone Technician, you will support ATM deployment and installation activities from a remote support environment.
