We are currently looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our team at our new dispensary in Sarasota. The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager with all aspects of dispensary operations. This position performs the duties of the Dispensary Manager and operates the store in the absence of the Dispensary Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Assist with the daily operations of the dispensary to ensure an efficient workflow. • Greet and check-in customers, verifying ID and cannabis card status. • Dispense medication and collect payment via POS systems (cash, debit, etc.), ensuring accurate transactions. • Access and utilize the state’s Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR) for dispensing products to patients. • Discuss and make product recommendations to customers, providing guidance based on their needs and physician’s recommendations. • Maintain strict controls on product, cash, and patient data at all times to ensure accuracy and security. • Promote a positive, customer-service-oriented work environment and provide exceptional service to customers. • Maintain a safe and clean retail store environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards. • Submit daily deposits and maintain accurate record-keeping in the absence of the General Manager. • Support the General Manager in completing performance and sales goals. • Oversee employees and perform GM duties as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. • Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns a
