Caregiver should be comfortable assisting with movement and positioning, helping with personal care routines, and providing steady supervision to support safety and comfort at home. Member lives with a family member in the home, so professionalism, clear communication, and respect for household routines are important. Ideal caregiver skills: patience, gentle hands-on assistance, strong safety awareness, ability to follow a care plan, and reliable attendance.
