Job Description Position: Full Time Caregiver- HHA & CNA Shifts: 3pm-11pm & 11pm-7am Location: 814 Wyckoff Ave, Mahwah, NJ 07430 Hourly Rate: $20.31 – $21.31 per hour Job Overview Assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident’s care plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities. Responsibilities and Duties Provide resident care to residents that include bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, as outlined in their care plan Respects the needs of team members and residents by adhering to schedule and documenting attendance properly. Maintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of all residents Encourages and escorts (when needed) residents to meals and activities Ensures all assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed, groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shifts Document all services provided in ALIS EHR for your assigned residents during your shift Monitors and reports any change of condition in a resident immediately to your supervisor Appropriately utilizes and keeps electronic documentation “devices” safe and secure within the community; efficiently documents care/services provided during the shift.
