Occupational Therapist Assistant- Home Health  PRN COTA   Trinity Rehab Suffolk, VA The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant performs services planned, delegated and supervised by the Occupational Therapist. Participates in the rehabilitative plan of care designed by the Occupational Therapist and physician, and monitored and evaluated by the Occupational Therapist.
