The role of the Inbound Customer Service Representative is to receive and handle incoming calls from our clients who have enrolled into our certified and compliant debt settlement program, assisting them with their questions or needs. Industry experience is not required. Inbound Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from enrolled customers, identify customer needs and offer the most appropriate resource or resolution to address their needs.
