Responsibilities Assist the doctor chairside during a wide variety of dental procedures Prepare and break down operatories efficiently and thoroughly Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation Educate patients on treatment and post-op instructions Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols Anticipate clinical needs and help maintain smooth patient flow Support team communication and contribute to positive office culture Assist with organization, systems, and overall practice efficiency Qualifications Prior dental assisting experience required Strong understanding of general dentistry procedures and terminology Excellent communication and patient interaction skills Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
