Duties and Responsibilities Warmly greeting and checking in patients, ensuring a hospitable and smooth reception experience. Understanding treatment, and presenting treatment plans to patients.  Helping to ensure they value and schedule the recommended treatment. Tracking and following up with patients and existing treatment plans Efficiently managing the daily operations of the front desk, including schedule management and patient communication. Answering incoming calls with professionalism, assisting with patient inquiries, and providing precise information. Coordinating the hygiene schedule to optimize workflow and patient satisfaction. Maintaining comprehensive records of insurance payments and patient accounts. Ensuring compliance with all health care regulations, including HIPAA and safety protocols. Requirements
