Tasks As part of its expansion into the United States, 3Brain is seeking a full-time Field Application Scientist to join our new facility in Baltimore, MD. This role will be responsible for delivering scientific and technical support to customers across the US, while also managing the operation of a biological laboratory for product demonstrations and hands-on training. Working at the intersection of science, technology, and commercial activities, the Field Application Scientist will collaborate closely with academic and industry laboratories, playing a key role in establishing and expanding 3Brain’s presence in the US market. Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of 3Brain’s products, applications, and workflows to provide expert scientific guidance to researchers and technical staff Stay current with relevant scientific literature, including developments related to 3Brain, competing technologies, and the broader field Deliver remote and on-site technical support and scientific consulting, including system installation, user training, troubleshooting, and experimental design support Diagnose and resolve technical and application issues, implementing corrective actions and following through to en…
