Health and Wellness Director | LVN | RN | LPN | Job Descriptions Health and Wellness Director Purpose: To provide leadership and support to resident care services, ensuring that resident care is provided in a safe and effective manner, while upholding the principles of resident rights, compliance with state regulations, and in accordance with currently recognized nursing care standards and practices for Residential Care Facilities and Memory Care endorsements.
