The Fabrication coordinator will be a vital member of the facility, responsible for completion of operational dashboards, reporting, facilitating annual core training, managing Gemba schedule, attendance tracking and coordinating other related tasks within the facility. Your Impact Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Facilitate completion of operational dashboards for performance measuring and reporting Assist leadership in supporting new hire onboarding and orientation. Track and facilitate annual core training for all staff. Coordinate and organize seminars and meetings. Support, create, and administer employee recognition initiatives. Support meetings (schedule invites, distribute minutes, etc. Assist with ordering supplies and maintaining inventory control based on operational standards (Operational Excellence) Provide support to fabrication department as needed (e.g. occasionally fabricate devices) <
